1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Beyond Clean Cleaning Services ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Beyond Clean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the DMV area (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia). Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Standard cleaning services
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Specialized cleaning services

3. Booking and Scheduling

All bookings must be made through our website or by phone. We require at least 24 hours notice for scheduling services. Same-day bookings may be available but are subject to availability and additional fees.

Customers must provide accurate information about their property size, condition, and any special requirements during booking to ensure proper service delivery and pricing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept credit and debit cards only. All prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

For recurring services, payment will be automatically charged to the provided payment method after each cleaning session.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

For recurring services, customers may pause or cancel their service at any time with proper notice.

6. Access and Security

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas to be cleaned. This includes providing keys, alarm codes, or being present during the service. We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete services due to access issues.

All team members are background-checked, bonded, and insured. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information and property access details.

7. Liability and Insurance

Beyond Clean is fully insured and bonded. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance to protect both our customers and our business. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, customers must report incidents within 24 hours of service completion.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage to items that are inherently fragile or valuable unless specifically noted and agreed upon in writing.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Securing or removing valuable, fragile, or personal items
  • Providing clear instructions for any special requirements
  • Ensuring pets are secured or removed from work areas
  • Providing adequate lighting and utilities
  • Informing us of any hazardous materials or conditions

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

10. Modifications to Terms

Beyond Clean reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
